But after several reports from the public, Ricky's Lawyer claimed those charges to be irrelevant as he was just trying to defame Ricky and take financial advantage.

So, in return to that Ricky charged his nephew a $30 million lawsuit to compensate for all the social and financial damage he did to Ricky.

Ricky have claimed a total of $10 for economical charges and $20 for damage to his earned fame and honor.

As the report filed by Martin's lawyers to his nephew, it was clear that due to all those allegations Ricky have mental harassment, blackmailed and socially tortured.

The baseless, lack of evidence charges pressed by his nephew Sanchez was solely to take advantage of Ricky's fame and humiliate him before his fans, just for the sake of money and reebenge.

Earlier, during Sanchez's charges against Ricky, he filed a no-restraining order claiming that Ricky had a sexual relationship with his mother for around 7 months, and Ricky denied the fact that the relationship was over.
