Ricky Martin filed case against his nephew of multi-million compensation in Puerto Rico on withdrawn sexual harassment charges | 2022

Ricky Martin a Puerto Rican singer has charged a multi million lawsuit against his brother-in-law over his dropped charges of sexual assault, stalking and guilty for incest.

After the charges pressed by his nephew, there were several complaints obtained by the people in favor of Ricky Martin, So on basis of those Martin’s Lawyers claimed that the accusations made by his nephew are irrelevant, and hence his cousin ‘Yadiel Sanchez‘ must compensate for all the charges. The lawsuit have cost the singer “Livin’ la vida Loca” in millions.

Ricky Martin has claimed compensation of approx $10 million for economic penalties and $30 for damage to his previously earned reputation and honor from his hard earned artistic career.

In a eight page complaint report which was filed last Wednesday by Martin’s Lawyers in Puerto Rico. In the report it has been clearly mentioned that the singer ‘Ricky Martin’ has faced some serious allegations and due to which my client ‘Ricky Martin’ has been harassed, trapped, mistreated, blackmailed and followed.

They claimed that “The careless, ill-natured and blameworthy behavior from the defendant Yadiel Sanchez were solely for the feeling of hatred towards Ricky Martin fan base, to illegally expose my client, take financial advantage from his entire business firm, and end his reputation and honor.”

Yadiel Sanchez,21, charged Ricky with a constraining order submitted in the court on July 1, claiming that Sanchez’s mother and Martin who is half-sibling to Sanchez’s mother were in a physical relationship for about seven months. He further added that Ricky was not ready to accept the fact that their relationship got over, due to which Sanchez feared his security, and that the singer has been following him from past few weeks, as he has witnessed Ricky around his home for quite many times.

And after all these charges filed by Sanchez on Martin, a District Attorney judge released a non-permanent 20 days constraining order against Ricky Martin and commanded Martin to attend the court and face the jury and at the end of the hearing, Sanchez at last withdrawn all the charges pressed against Martin during the period of judicial proceeding.

The Ex Grammy winner has frequently opposed all the allegations of being in any kind of physical or sexual relationship with his nephew. Martin’s lawyers in an interview with Deadline, said Martin’s nephew allegations are all baseless and have no evidence to prove all those charges pressed by him. He had rough past with Martin and it’s all clear why he has been after Martin since long just because of his money and fame.

The lawsuit has also accused Sanchez of deliberately harassing Martin by frightening him to “kill his fame” if he was not “did not compensate financially,” according to the complaint filed by Sanchez. The charges claimed that Sanchez have been texting Ricky Martin repeatedly 10 times everyday since October 2021 – January 2022 on every Social media networks like Instagram and Whatsapp; Martin’s lawyers have marked those texts as baseless without any factual reasoning written by a disturbed individual solely for financial favors.

Sanchez has never missed an opportunity to take favors from Martin in the past, like Lat November he abruptly texted Martin that as he is his nephew and making that public would make him a ‘somebody’. He further asked Martin to follow him on Instagram just for the sake that he could brag this in front to his friends being Martin’s nephew will catch people’s attention and he could be famous – to which Martin strictly denied. Also he asked to take Martin’s children to theaters and then they could go for a Christmas celebration – which Martin once again denied.

And In January, Sanchez made a tweet mentioning that he created a “page” for one of the Martin’s children, until this point Martin has been ignoring his nephew and didn’t respond to any of his actions.
